403 forbidden on many of the links. Pretty useless help system, IMO
I see that FOUR MONTHS AGO a Mr. Peter Elias took time to express an important problem existing with this article. As he noted, he experienced "403 forbidden on many of the links", causing him to respectfully report that, the article is "[p]retty useless help system".
Four months later, on March 27, 2023, the article links are STILL dysfunctional, as I attempted to use the links to obtain the information I need for using the app, and I've also encountered the same problem. Obviously, no one is in charge of reading the comments and there's a lack of interest in the support staff to check for errors or broken functionality.
Yes, at this point I think Cocoatech has moved from software to deadware. I would advise strongly against using it.
