Can I cancel my subscription if I'm unhappy with Path Finder?

    I have an annual subscription to Pathfinder.  My account says my computer is authorized BUT when I open Pathfinder it asks me to continue trial OR purchases.  Can you help me??

    I subscribed in February, but my account has been unable to activate and cannot be cancelled. It is also useless to seek help through email.

    while i would not use the wording stefan chose, i have what appears to be the same issue – the app is no longer on my system and i want to stop my subscription from renewing.  

     

    i would appreciate assistance.  thank you.

    Can only unsubscribe via the app. The app says my License info is invalid. Recovering my License info it claims my email is not found in the system, yet this same email is the one where you're sending the confirmation that my card has been charged for a renewal that I can't cancel. I have yet to receive any response from Cocoatech, despite emails and a new help ticket.

    My next step is initiating a chargeback from the bank. Please advise.

    It's not super simple - it's impossible. There is no button at all for managing subscriptions at all! So dear Cocatech, how the hell do I cancel my subscription?

    I have been trying for well over a year to cancel my subscription, but still they have charged me for it. I asked for a refund, too. This past week I am sent yet another reminder that my subscription will be automatically renewed.

    I have NEVER received a response to any of my emails. NEVER. Not one in the past year or so.

    I finally had to go through PayPal to cancel the recurring yearly payments, so hopefully this will change things.

    All of this is too bad. Pathfinder used to be such a good app and the support I have received over the years (I've been a user since the app first came out) has been second to none. Now it seems the app has been taken over by people who just do not seem to care. What they are doing is wrong and possibly illegal, since they take money and will not allow people to unsubscribe.

    I hope they change their ways but, for me, I am done.
