You can cancel the automatic renewal charge for Path Finder subscription by yourself, by following these steps:
• Go to Menu Path Finder -> Registration
• Choose "Sign in"
• Sign in into your account with the email address, that you used during initial purchase. If you forgot the email, that you used during purchase, please email our support team at help@cocoatech.com .
• Enter your password, that you've set the first time you logged in. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot password"
• Subscription Dashboard appears. Scroll down to the "Subscriptions" section and click on three dots "..." sign at the right of it
• Choose "Cancel Subscription" for cancelling your renewal or "Edit Subscription" to change your current plan.
Cancellation request from within Path Finder application can be processed up to 1 day prior to renewal date.
If for some reason you can't sign in into Path Finder application itself, please email our support team at help@cocoatech.com and we will process your cancellation. Please note: Cancellation requests to our support team must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the renewal date by emailing help@cocoatech.com. Cancellations received by our support team after this deadline will take effect in the next billing cycle, rather than the current one.
