The email address you used to purchase Path Finder is your key to access the application. It is also used for further communication, such as subscription renewal reminder email.
Please note that it is only possible to change the email address if you have access to Path Finder application. For all further cases please contact support at help@cocoatech.com
To change your email address, follow these steps:
- Open Menu Path Finder -> Registration
- Choose "Sign In"
- Sign in into your account
- Click on three lines at the upper right corner
- Choose "Manage Subscriptions"
- Choose "Account Information"
- Click on the first field with your name and email address -> an edit window will open
- Remove the old email address and enter a new one
- Click on "Update"
- Click on the back arrow and then close the window
Upon changing your email address you will have to reactivate your copy of Path Finder:
- Click on Activate and close the window
- Now you can sign back in with your new email address. Password stays the same.
Please note, that in some cases the "Trial" mode will still persist. In this case please log in into your account once more and click on "Activate" once more, as shown in the video below:
