To upgrade your payment method please follow these steps:
- Open Menu Path Finder -> Registration
- Click on "Sign In"
- Use the same email address you used to purchase (if you forgot it, please contact help@cocoatech.com)
- Enter your password (if you forgot your password, click on "Reset password")
- Upon successful sign in, click on three lines at the right upper corner, a sub menu opens
- Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click on "Payment Methods"
You are now able to see your "primary" method of payment for subscription renewal. Click on "Primary" to edit this method of payment. You will be able to enter new credit card details, or switch to another method of payment, such as PayPal.
You can also add an additional payment method by choosing "Add New". It will be used if the primary payment method fails.
