Is there a solution for customize colors interface (the hard blue is very special!) and also to take access of icons ressources to change them?

Not yet but there's already a ticket suggestion for the colors.

There is a new Color and Gradient Editor starting from version 6.0.4. Hold cmd+alt+shift while selecting Path Finder > Preferences… from the main menu.

    Whaou ! Brillant !...
It only needs the color of the sidebar... and (actual) blue button selection.

What do you mean by blue button selection?

In actual blue Sidebar, the selection button.
In navigator access, the situation button.

Ah, those colors are actually part of the system. Just go to OS X's System Preferences > General and change the Appearance and Highlight color
