Pathfinder 6.02 causes whole system to hang

I've been experiencing this issue on my Macbook, I think since I upgraded to the 6.02 version of Path Finder. I often use my Mac to connect to other computers on my network. When I do this and leave the mounted drive connected, after a few minutes Path Finder will hang. I can force quit, but then on restart the sidebar appears completely blank and the entire system hangs. How do I fix this?

Next time it freezes, try to take a sample. Also, try dismounting all network volumes in Finder and try to start Path Finder again.

Here's a sample of the process when Path Finder hangs for the first time. If I try to force quit and start it again, all the other applications hang, so I couldn't get a sample of that.
