I usually open folders using Launchbar utility. I noticed that even though the folder is opened in path finder, it is not displayed in the recent folders history.

According to a conversation with another user, it seems that items launched from outside Path Finder only register in the Recent Documents section on the Sidebar (system wide) while the Recent Documents module (floating, drawer, pane) only register items launched from within Path Finder.

I notified Dragan to see if this option is by design.

There is an inconsistency between "Recent Documents" section on the Sidebar and "Recent Documents" module (in a drawer). The one on the sidebar uses system wide shared file list, while module uses dedicated file history manager.

This will be fixed in the upcoming version 6.0.3 They will both be unified and use wide shared file list.

The system wide shared list of recent folder doesn't seem to exist, so we have to keep current solution, create own history of recently open folders.
