Many years now and still no dark theme support for info panels and non main windows?

I would love a detailed explanation as to why it is such a big deal to allow us to change the colors for the ENTIRE app. Maybe I'm missing it in PF7, which I just installed and upgraded to, so please point out if I'm not seeing it. This is a long-running request and it simply makes the experience less than optimal.

   You're right, there's no good explanation for that. That particular UI element will finally be colour-customisable in one of upcoming upgrade of version 7.

   Thank you for doing this for the info panel! It's been a long time coming. Just wanted to point out that I noticed a spot where I'm not sure I can change the font color to be legible on the View Options Panel Header Gradient. The header is light but the text is also light. How can I modify this or is it not possible? Thanks!

   There is no way to change that now. 
   You should be able to also see the current mode by hovering over your mouse pointer.
