Where is the ‘Select’ keyboard key?

Hi
LOVE YOUR SOFTWARE!! THANKS FOR MAKING IT!!
Back in the good old Norton Commander days I remember my 10 year old self using the ‘Insert’ key to select multiple files while skipping freely between them with the arrow keys.
I can’t seem to find this most elementary keyboard tool in Path Finder. ‘Select’ in the shortcuts menu leads to a search window.
This makes me super sad because PF is freaking PERFECT besides this, and I'm POSITIVE 100% of your users feel the same way. People who scout the web for “File Managing Systems” are not mouse people.

I saw the issue come up in discussions a couple years ago. Are you guys on it? Will it happen? Or does my search continue?
Thanks!!
