I often want to change the SmartSync status of folders in Dropbox. I always have to go to the Finder to do this. Any chance of you folks adding the Dropbox SmartSync contextual menu item?

    Hi there,

Danilo from Path Finder support here!

Smart Sync was not made available in Dropbox API for third-party developers. They are available in Finder through so called Finder Extensions, being private Apple APIs. The only way to integrate those features into Path Finder, is to hack Finder Extensions, it is not endorsed by Apple and the result might not be as satisfactory.

Should you have anything else you’d like to address, please feel free to write us back, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
Danilo | Path Finder Support Team

I figured that might be the case; thanks for confirming.

What that means is that I often need to open in the Apple's Finder the same
file or folder that I have open in PathFinder. But I don’t see a context
menu item in PathFinder that does that. Have I missed it? Or is that
something you folks could add as a convenience? -d.
