Just downloaded the latest version and can no longer find the awesome search. Where is it?

    The advanced search button on the upper right is gone. I used it all the time.

    The search appears to have been simplified now -- it doesn't appear possible to seach on multiple criteria (eg. name AND extension AND date, etc).

    Is that just hidden somewhere, or is that feature gone?

    @oliver
    The search button is available in View > Customize Toolbar, as always.

    Try to drag the horizontal divider line down (separating the search criteria from the file listing). When switching to Spotlight and back to Find search mode, the criteria pane's height doesn't auto-adjust (I'll report a bug about this).

    Still not quite clear on those instructions -- however, it sounds like the whole advanced search feature is gone in vers 6. I found it useful, but it's not a critical must-have for me. Just wanted to verify that there's only a basic search function and i wasn't missing something.

    The advanced search is actually more powerful now, not less, including the option to search by default on your current location and saving searches. Please post a screenshot to see if we're talking about the same thing.
