PF 10 not updating change to the file system unless a forced reload
I have noticed a problem since I updated to 10 (currently 10.0.1) that file system changes (new files, file moves, file renames) are not detected and reflected in the file system view unless I reload or move away from the displayed folder and back.
I have attached screenshots of creating a new file but it also happens on file moves and renames.

Mary, we need a fix for this. Its impossible to work like this - download a file from telegram and its not shown. Need to restart PF to be able to see it - what's a file manager used for - to manage files, which you can't if the app is not seeing them.

This morning some tabs weren’t the same as yesterday. First I thought nothing about it, now my downloads are empty!
