CheckSum

When I perform a checksum, there is a dropdown window that appears with the file that i selected along with its checksum. I paste the known checksum value into the text field below where it says to compare to and then when I select OK the window just closes with no results. What am I doing wrong. It does not matter which checksum algorithm I choose the results are the same.
Using PathFinder Version 9.4 (2057)

    Mary,
    For an unexplained reason the function is working as expected today. I did do a warm reboot yesterday so I am not sure if it was just a fluke or if there truly is a problem. I really like the idea of the video. I was in the process of making it this morning when it began to work. I will monitor the function and if it should start to give problems I will post the video.

    If you have not rebooted or turned off your computer for a long time, I might assume this can be a fluke.
