I just upgraded from v7 to v9 and lost a couple of colors. The values I had Header Gradient and Custom Window Gradient do not show. I checked te Color Editor and the gradient colors I chose for each of those is still in there as before, but are not showing in the Pathfinder window. ALL I get is all white for the header and grey for the Custom Window display (where the action icons are). I've tried re-selecting a few times hoping to trigger a refresh, but even after a restart of the program and reboot of my computer, but still nothing.

    Hi Mark,

Mary from Path Finder support here!

Can you please send me a screenshot of how it looks on your end, so I can try to reproduce everything on my end?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hello:

OK, here's a few. The first is of what PF v9 looks like
now, followed by screen shots of the two sets of gradient
colors I have selected in the preferences window, then my
old PF v7 screen (I've switched up the settings for the
lefthand pane since in version 9, but the point is that here
you can see the gradients properly displaying in v7).

    Hi Mark,

Could you send us a sample (a snapshot) of Path Finder process in a separate file? This will enable us to analyze what happens with the application.

    Here's how to get it:
    1. Open Path Finder and reproduce the problem. If the problem is dynamic (e.g. unexpected action result), please try reproducing it during the sample collection.
    2. Open Activity Monitor from the /Applications/Utilities folder.
    3. Select Path Finder in the process list. To help making a selection, type "Path Finder" in the Filter field.
    4. Click the Sample Process button in the toolbar - this will open a new window entitled "Sample of Path Finder" and a sample of the process is collected.
    5. Click Save and save the sample file.
    6. Close (Command-W) the Sample window opened in step 2.
    7. Send the sample file saved in step 5 to us.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Best Regards,

Here you go. Three samples in fact.
The first one I took after opening up prefs, setting the
color gradients, then closing it. The second one I took
while I was starting to open up prefs until about midway
through setting the color gradients. the third one I
started when I was just closing the preferences when the
color gradients should have thus appeared (and still don't).

    Hope this helps.

    -Mark
