Blank browsers

Hello, Pathfinder helpers. I am very frustrated with PF9. When I open a new browser -- whether the default one or otherwise -- I get a Pathfinder header over a blank grey box (see screenshot, attached). No sidebar, no listed documents, no folders, nothing. If I click on Info, or Quick Look, I get an icon of the default folder, which, if clicked, gets me another blank browser. I have tried quitting the program and restarting it, with identical bad results.Thank you for any guidance before I delete the program.

    I'm having the exact same problem with PF9. Never had this before. Everything is up to date with no prior problems.

    Hi everyone, 

    Thanks for reaching to Path Finder support team.

    May I ask you to follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists: 

    1. Delete Path Finder and its traces according to the article: 
      http://support.cocoatech.com/kb/installation-and-compatibility/how-...
      (The AppCleaner option is highly recommended) 
    2. Download the latest version of the app from our site

    3. Launch Path Finder and move it to the Apps folder as the app suggests
