I get a “Cross-device link” error when trying to copy or delete apps from /System/Library/ on Catalina. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I would like to delete apps that come with my Macbook that I have no plan to use (Home, Stocks, News...).

I have disabled SIP and mounted the system partition with sudo mount -uw /

Which according to what I've read online should allow me to move files and send them to trash.

Path Finder has Full Disk Access.

But when I try to do with with Path Finder, it first asks me to authenticate with my admin password, and then it gives me that error “Cross-device link” and I cannot do anything with the file. Is there any way I can move or delete these files with Path Finder?
