Sync PF preferences via DropBox to keep them in sync via systems?

Is it possible to make PF use DB to store it's configuration, so it's synced between several systems?

If not, any way to export the preferences on one system and import it on another?

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for reaching out, and I am very sorry for the delayed response!

Unfortunately, there is no such feature in Path Finder now.

In general, you can copy the following files/folders to another machine, but that won't transfer all the settings:
    home_folder/Library/Preferences/com.cocoatech.PathFinder.plist
    home_folder/Library/Application Support/Path Finder/Settings

Most of your settings in Path Finder depend on Finder's preferences. This is done in order to make you switch back to Finder, should you decide to, easy and comfortable.

Also, there is a discussion on how to export your Finder's Sidebar: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4361372
But please note that it's rather old and may be outdated by now.

Please feel free to write us back, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Mary
