I think there is no longer support for this product unless you pay extra for it ($8 per request, iirc), and that they are relying on forums to take care of the rest of it. Pretty shitty, imo for what the app costs.
Well, nearly two months after first submitting a support email, and still not so much as a hint of anything from the 'support team.' I probably would have been willing to pay for the upgrade if I had to, but not now. If this is really how the support is going to be, I'm out.
Yup tried support and sales since nov. no response.. same issue - i bought under a year since the update - a big blurb saying i had 1 year free for 9. So my 1st question was did this turn in to a subscription service and then then if its an upgrade how much? etc. Ignored. Then today i get "expired" and Buy at 36 bucks. ?? i sent another email. but ..well who knows.. perhaps i'll end up shopping for another solution. too bad since i've been using pathfinder forever.
