Update error when installing PF 9

Specs: PF 7.6.2 running on macOS Mojave (10.14.6) on a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015).
I downloaded the PF 9 updater from the in-app prompt and then got an error dialog box (attached). I have no issues installing apps on my machine, so I'm baffled as to why I cannot install PF 9. I've installed updates in the past. Any insights you can share?

    I have the same issue from 7.6.2 running macOS Catalina 10.15.1 on a 2017 MBP. Got help?

    First of all, please accept my apologies for such a delayed response. I understand how frustrating it might be not to receive any response for such a long time. I apologize and will make sure this won’t happen again.

    I would suggest uninstalling your PF7 first and then, installing fresh copy of PF9 to avoid any issues of such kind.
