Refund for PF9

After updating from PF8 to PF9 I was very disappointed by the number of problems I encountered that I have asked for a refund, which I am still waiting for. its the same old story, your money is taken so fast from you, what a pity its not refunded as fast.
I have lost faith in this software now and don't think I will update again, I will stay with PF8, or may decide to go over to TotalFinder.
