We're running a mixed Mac OS environment in our office. Some computers are running High Sierra, and some running Mojave. Software compatibility is keeping up from fully implementing Mojave.

Small Pathfinder arose this morning. My colleague and I used the Pathfinder Tag/Color system to monitor file status. We are frequently changing the color of files to know what is currently in use, or not in use. Green = Good to go, file is available. Yellow = File in use. This has been a super-handy system for us since we don't have a server, and use dropbox for our virtual server. There's no way for anyone to know when a file is in use since we're all editing documents on our own computers, and syncing them when they are saved. The file color did not show up as a color highlight on the file, but right-clicking on the file shows it has a color.

Mojave machine seems okay, colors appearing as expected.
High Sierra machine does not always show color.
Both always show the file is supposed to have a color when right-clicking and looking at tags.

So, is this an operating system issue or a Pathfinder issue? We're doing a little more investigation, but wondering if others have experienced this.

    Hi Christopher,

Which version of Path Finder do you have installed? Is Finder showing the tags as expected?

We haven't received any similar reports recently.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
    Path Finder Support Team

    We're running Pathfinder 8.6.

And yes, the Finder is showing the tags as expected.
