Get Info Issue

Dear Support,
This issue has been going on for way too long. The suggestions are often unreasonable unless you are retired and have plenty of time to spare. I used to love your product. This may seem like a minor issue to Cocoatech, but not for technology professionals or your users.

A quick question as well, this issue has been going on for a very long time, why are you still asking customers for bug reports, logs, more information, etc? You must have a mountain of data by now.

I have lost faith in Cocotech products and will find alternatives moving forward.

By the way, if I took this long to identify and correct a bug, I would not have a job.

    Thanks for messaging us!

    Unfortunately, we were not able to replicate the issue on our side. The process sample Path Finder produces by default are useful diagnostics for many issues, but don't offer the necessary insight in this case. We are currently trying to gather more info using a special diagnostic builds.
