Click-through

Path Finder currently implements click-through in contravention of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
If I have a file selected in a window in PF, then switch away and then return by clicking on PF's background window, the file selection is lost.
This is incredibly annoying.
Please fix.

    I didn't click the Private checkbox, yet my topic is now regarded as Private.
    Why?

    We are now at PF 9.0.6 and this still hasn't been fixed.

    Can you please specify if the following behavior still persists once you update your Path Finder 9 to the latest version available, e.g. 9.4?
