Pathfinder 8 Preview Pane

I read another thread were it said you could open multiple preview panes and assign one right and one left. I went into the module settings and set one to left but it still spans under both panes in dual pane mode and won't let me open another instance of another preview pane. The only thing that happens by selecting left is I can only preview items in the left browser window, and can't preview anything from the right window.

    Hi,

Could you please give us more details? Perhaps a screenshot of the issue?

Currently, the modules do not "snap" to the dual pane divider. You may add two of the preview modules and assign each their respective pane. The limitation will prevent left-assigned preview module from opening "right" images, and vice versa.

    Looking forward to your reply.

I was able to drag another preview module as long as I dragged it above the existing module and not in the module itself, so now I have two modules one on top of the other spanning the entire width of the browser window. I am looking to have the two modules side by side so each one appears below the right or left window as it did in PF7. As best as I can tell, selecting left or right in the module settings does not assign the module to the left or right browser window, but instead selecting left displays the preview of what is in the left browser window, and selecting right displays what is in the right browser window. Assigning to both will display whatever browser window is selected. Perhaps this is what you meant to say but it wasn't clearly articulated in any of the support posts I read. Again, is there a way to have these modules appear side by side rather than top/bottom?
