I cannot run Path Finder today. When I start it, it completely hangs and only the borders of windows are opened. When I click on preferences and then Check for Updates Path Finder crashes. I am running Mohave 10.14.5. Path Finder has been working fine until now.

Any ideas ?

    Hi Don,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Please delete your preferences file ~/Library/Preferences/com.cocoatech.PathFinder.plist and check if the issue still persists.

If it does, could you please attach the crash report as a file?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
    Jordan

Deleting the preferences file did not work. Please find attached the crash log from when I asked Path Finder to check for updates.

Problem solved by re-installing Path Finder 8.5.4, however something is clearly wrong with this app.
