MacOs Catalina 10.15 Crash

Path Finder crashes every time I try to open it on MacOS 10.15. Yes, I know that MacOS 10.15 is not yet supported. I'm only submitting the crash log so that it helps you guys in sorting out the issues by the time the final version of the OS releases. I'd updated from MacOS 10.14 to developer beta version of 10.15. I also tried uninstalling and clean installing Path Finder but that didn't help either.

Please find the crash log attached.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your report.

We don't have a Path Finder build available for the macOS 10.15 Catalina beta as of yet. It may take some time to prepare the initial build.

I've made a note to let you know once we begin sharing the public beta for 10.15.

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,
I understand that you don't have a version for MacOS Catalina yet but I'd like to remove PathFinder as the default handler for "Open in Finder". I cannot change it from the preferences as PathFinder keeps crashing. Could you please let me know if there's a way to disable that, as even uninstalling PathFinder isn't making Finder the default file manager.

    Hi Leonardo,

Please, try deleting Path Finder and its traces according to the article:
    http://support.cocoatech.com/kb/installation-and-compatibility/how-...
(The AppCleaner option is highly recommended)

You may back up your preferences elsewhere to preserve them.

    Then please reboot your Mac.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Jordan

    Hi Jordan,

I've already followed those steps and also used Appcleaner to uninstall PathFinder but as I'd written earlier, there is no way for me to change the preferences to remove Path Finder as the default handler for "Open in Finder". Is there any way to reset the defaults to Finder manually?

    Thanks!

Never mind. Figured it out. Deleting the ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist file and restarting the computer helped restore Finder as the default handler.
