using date created/modified in old style search does not filter by date

If I do a search with a restriction on date created or date modified, and do a non-spotlight search, it returns all name matches, regardless of the date created/modified. This is true when trying to match either name or extension, and date created or date modified. See attached photo for an example.

Macbook pro 2014, OS 10.14.5, PF 8.5.1 (1964)

Thanks,

\M

I disabled by spotlight database, so I’m afraid I can’t answer this for you….
