Pathfinder 8.3.9 Blank Screen after pressing purchasing button in el capitan

Hello,

My path finder app 8.3.9 was working fine until last week. I had to rebuilt my mac pro and re-installed the el capitan. since I had the license of pathfinder app 8, i tried to do retistration by pressing the buy now button. how ever it shows only blank screen. I am unable to register this app now. kindly help.

this was a problem when path finder 8 was released. I had created an bug report earlier. here is the URL for that

    Hi,

    Could you send us a sample (a snapshot) of PathFinder process in a separate file - this will enable us to analyze what happens with the application. Here's how to get it:

    1. Open Path Finder and reproduce the problem.
    2. Open Activity Monitor from the /Applications/Utilities folder.
    3. Select Path Finder in the process list. To help making a selection, type "Path Finder" in the Filter field.
    4. Click the Sample Process button in the toolbar - this will open a new window entitled "Sample of Path Finder" and a sample of the process is collected.
    5. Click Save and save the sample file.
    6. Close (Command-W) the Sample window opened in step 2.
    7. Send the sample file saved in step 5 to us.

    Hi Subramoniam, 

    You should be able to close the purchase window by hitting either cmd+W or Enter. 
    After that you will be able to use this functional window via Path Finder > Registration > Purchase. 

    Make sure to let us know should any further questions arise.

    Hello Jordan,

    I tried again today. the problem still persists. the purchase screen shows
