When I select a file and press Cmd-i, the info popup window appears but this is completely blanc.
Is this a pref file error or something that I can fix?

When I restart PathFinder it works for a couple of times but then it starts with the blanc popups again.

    Hi Peter,

Could you send us a sample (a snapshot) of PathFinder process in a separate file - this will enable us to analyze what happens with the application. Here's how to get it:

    1. Open Path Finder and reproduce the problem.
    2. Open Activity Monitor from the /Applications/Utilities folder.
    3. Select Path Finder in the process list. To help making a selection, type "Path Finder" in the Filter field.
    4. Click the Sample Process button in the toolbar - this will open a new window entitled "Sample of Path Finder" and a sample of the process is collected.
    5. Click Save and save the sample file.
    6. Close (Command-W) the Sample window opened in step 2.
    7. Send the sample file saved in step 5 to us.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
    Jordan

Today it hasn't behaved badly yet, bust as soon as I see the blanc popup window I will follow your instructions for the log file.

I have bee playing around with the view options, hitting the Remove buttons on the different info panes. Now the only way to get them back is too choose one pane. Is there a way to bring them all back?

As you can see when comparing PathFinder info with the Finder Info, this is not what I would call an improvement in usability.

    Hi Peter,

You may construct your own "Get Info" panel using modules.
Please, select Window -> Modules menu command to open the Modules window, then drag and drop the necessary modules into the "Get Info" window.

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
