Too many problems, small or big, with PF8, so i'll try to revert to an older version.
I tried PF7.6.2 but it doesn't work on my OSX...
Where should i look ? Which version might provide a decent service ? I'm fed up !

    Hi Vez,

Path Finder 7 is no longer update, however, it should be compatible with Mojave.
You may need to delete folder "~/Library/Application Support/Path Finder/Settings/Data Store", where "~" is your home folder.

We also recommend disabling the automatic update checker in Path Finder > Preferences > General.

What issues are you experiencing with Path Finder 8?

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,

Thank you, you are right ! I can use PF7.6.2 on Mojave.
    But...
i can't seem to be able put my Apps icons on the upper toolbar like in enclosed picture, although I tried it in column view or list view, as kindly advised somewhere on this board ! So i'm disappointed once more ! To tell you frankly, using PF7 or PF8 has just become a terrible pain in the neck and a loss of time. As i was saying in a previous post that didn't come up on the board, moving multiple files (jpgs, and small ones too) with PF8 on Mojave, from one folder to another on the same HD, is really painful... i have to wait something like 30" before i can get it done and try another one, when it takes a half-second with the Finder !
And so many spinning ball each day when i do something simple wit the app !
"They" wouldn't accept such things even on a PC !

    Hi vez,

    Thanks for reporting these issues!

We've already submitted the toolbar issue to our developers, sorry for the inconvenience. It seems to be related to changes in macOS Mojave, as it continues working in macOS High Sierra.

As for transfer speed, our newest beta version contains rewritten file transfer engine, would you be interested in trying it out?

Make sure to let us know should any further questions arise.

    Best Regards,
