freeze and lost few times favourites links

hi Guru, I just bought a license a few weeks ago, and I see your software is not able to handle on MacBook Pro 2018. I think I have quite a good spec on the MAc but your soft freeze many time. In the past, I had frozen App on Finder Apple App but never like this (few times per day). Also, I was setting up favorites links three times already, some of them from my mac SSD and few of them from external server link. I feel just wasted of my time to do so again, worry gonna disappear again. What to do? My graphic designer was recommending your soft as the best of the best but my experience is terrible from the very beginning. Please help me to understand why it's like this?

    Your message got buried in the spam folder, unfortunately. 

    Could you please let me know if you still experience any issues? Have you tried making a clean reinstall?: 

    1. Delete Path Finder and its traces according to the article:
      (The AppCleaner option is highly recommended) 
    2. Download the latest version of the app from our site
    3. Launch Path Finder and move it to the Apps folder as the app suggests

    Hi Jordan,

    I think now I’m ready to give Path Finder. I don’t feel advantage of use your soft. As I mention my designer is excited about your App from years but from my end I see just slow performance, freezing and those side bar favourite links diseapiring for every time when restart mac.

    Maybe i ll try one more time after i back from my trip
