Why you closed my Diskussion when nothing is fixed?

i did all what you suggested yesterday, because i read the answers from other discussions.

Nothing is fixed but someone closed my Thread.

Please first help me to fix my problem before you close again. See attached screenshots.

    Hi Andy, 

    Sorry for the inconvenience. 

    The forum is integrated with our CRM system and it automatically closes tickets after each reply. 
    Every new reply reopens it, so other users should be able to comment and subscribe to your thread regardless of its status.

    Have you tried quitting and relaunching PathFinder?

    May I ask you to follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists: 

    1. Delete Path Finder and its traces according to the article: 
      http://support.cocoatech.com/kb/installation-and-compatibility/how-...
      (The AppCleaner option is highly recommended) 
    2. Download the latest version of the app from our site

    3. Launch Path Finder and move it to the Apps folder as the app suggests
