Licensing model for PF8 installation on virtual machines

I want to set up some virtual machines to better isolate multiple development/testing environments. I'm considering installing some regularly used applications on a common VM, from which linked clones may be created with more targeted development applications and projects. This brings up the issue of software licenses.

What are the limitations (if any) with regard to installing PF8 on virtual machines (some of which may be transferred occasionally from a desktop machine to an auxilliary laptop)?

    Hi Lawrence,

Path Finder 8 single-user license comes with 3 activations.
You may need to de-activate the app occasionally using Path Finder > Registration > Manage activations in an activated PF8.

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
