I am fairly new to pathfinder. Recently, when I start PF, the info and preview screens list "no selection". Almost as if I was running a filter that blocked all entries. I get this no matter what directory or device I connect to. It happens even when I restart PF. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Ken, the Preview pane must be maximized all the way to the top. Just drag the divider down (dividing the tab bar from the Preview / Info headers).

Oh, look at that. It was almost flush with the top. I never noticed
it. Humm, all my open PF windows were in the same configuration. I
didn't do that. Is this a common bug or is there a hot key that I might
have hit (or the cat stepped on) that would do that to all windows?

All I know is we had a couple of reports about this. Maybe a result of window resizing, if you use window managers such as Divvy or SizeUp but I also used them in the past and I could never reproduce it. You can set a hotkey to show/hide the Preview pane but not to maximize it. Anyway, it can be easily fixed.

    Cheers.
