Hello,

It seems to be that Path Finder searches only inside of folder which is open. How to make it search in all the subfolders?

In the attachment the results from Finder, and Path Finder.
Finder - 203 results.
Path Finder - NULL

Hi. Click on the drop-down magnifying glass in PF's search field and make sure is set too Search > Selection. It will also search package contents by default.

I tired this and search will not find a XLS file. So far I have been happy with PF but the search functionality is not that great!

As you can see from the attached screencast, the search functionality works great on my end so, I'm not sure what is happening.

If it still happens on a regular basis, try to uninstall and reinstall PF. Just reply back to automatically re-open this discussion if you find anyhting relevant.

    Cheers.
