Can you please answer the following?

  1. I would like to press a customizable key (F5) to copy selected item (file or folder) from one pane to the opposite when using dual panes. Is this possible? If so how? Similarly I would like to set F6 to move the selected item to opposite pane.

  2. I would like Tab to switch to the opposite pane rather than the default behavior of selecting next item in the current pane. Possible? If so, how?

    1. You can vote for that already suggested feature on the Feedback Page.
    2. the Tab key is a reserved system hotkey and cannot be changed.

    1. Done. I voted here: http://feedback.cocoatech.com/forums/275-general/suggestions/74904-...

    2. ForkLift does #1 and Tab switching between panes works in it as well.

I shall buy Path Finder if and when these are implemented.

    Thanks for your reply.
