Chosen 'Search In' location(s) do not stay selected in Find window

I hit Command-F to bring up the Find window. I click the 'Others' button and put a check mark on the specific folders\volumes I want to search within, adding new ones if necessary. But after exiting from that (drawer? I forgot what the little flyout menus are called) window my location is not selected, the current folder is still selected. I have to manually click back on the button called "FOLDER X" or "2 Places…" It's a slight annoyance, but it technically doesn't make sense to behave that way. When I first started using Pathfinder I performed a number of oddly unsuccessful searches for things before realizing it wasn't searching where I thought I told it to.

There's already an open ticket assigned to this (nr. 91). We'll re-open and notify you when it gets reviewed by the devs. Cheers.
