<tab> to switch between panes interfering with custom keyboard shortcut to switch tabs within pane

Hello,

I have system-wide and application-specific changes to my "switch tabs" keyboard bindings: ctrl+tab goes forward, shift+ctrl+tab goes backward. I like the new key switches panes, however I noticed just very recently that it no longer recognizes my ctrl+tab keybindings and just switches panes instead of switching tabs within a pane. I believe this is a bug, as I think this was working previously ... just not sure which program is at fault. NB My keyboard shortcuts being used here are being set in System Preferences custom keyboard shortcuts specifically for Path Finder's Select Next Tab and Select Previous Tab window menu options.

Any help in restoring this behavior would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, this did not get addressed in 6.1.3. Could you please look into this?

    Hi John,

When this was reported, we already kind of "froze" the beta of 6.1.3 , which was tested and ready for the release. We didn't want to change things just to be sure that tested build wouldn't break (although this is quite isolated issue and could've probably been easily fixed).

The fix will definitely go into version 6.1.4, which should be released in a few weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Dragan,

Thanks for taking the time to reply to the issue below and for being
responsive developers. I noticed that you closed the public ticket, so
I just wanted to send along a private thanks. I'm really pleased with
many of the 6.1.3 features. Looking forward to the tab fix.

    Best,
    John

This will be fixed in 6.1.4, which will be out soon (we first meed to take care of the update for the Snow Leopard).
