Since the latest update to MS Outlook I can't drag-drop attachements into PathFinder windows. My work around is to have Finder window then transfer from there.

Is there any log message in the console when you try (and fail) to drop an attachment into Path Finder window?

It wasn't Outlook causing the problem. The new version of Intego
Anti-Virus uses Real Time scanning. With Real Time scanning turned on and
trying to drop from Outlook message to a directory which was on a network
drive it wouldn't happen - dropping to the local hard disk works. Turning
off Real Time scanning fixed the problem. Other applications also were
not creating files on network drives.

FYI - OS10.6.8 on Macbook Pro, Intego VirusBarrier 10.7, PathFinder 6.0.6
