How do I mark separate files to move or delete them in one time?

To move a whole batch you can use View > Drop Stack (make sure the Sidebar is also visible). Just drag in files from multiple locations and then drag them out using the appropriate modifier key to either copy or move (see Quickly Copy, Move and Alias here).

Unfortunately, the Drop Stack options, available from the drop-down menu, are pretty limited and there's no way to delete a whole previously fetched batch of files.
A workaround is to label the files you want to delete (set a specific label color and title for this in Preferences > Features > Labels) and when you're finished, call the Find window (Command + F), click on Others to search on multiple locations, and search for a specific label using Search mode.
