An earlier thread about coreservicesd taking too much CPU was closed. I'm still seeing the problem, and it looks like I'll need to stop using PF unless this can be fixed.

Is there a fix available?

    Hi,

Please follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists:
    - Close all extra PathFinder windows (leave only one opened) - Open View Options (⌘+J)  - Choose "Restore all defaults" at the bottom

In case that doesn't help, please also try replacing Preview modules with any other ones.

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
