Copy Paste doesn't work

Hi there!

I recently purchased Path Finder (version 7.6.2) after using the trial. I can't seem to copy paste files. When trying the paste the file after having copied it, I can see the 'progress' icon in the right upper corner highlighted. And yet: the file to be copied doesn't appear. Instead the progress queue will have a line that says: "waiting to move "(null)" to "(null)".

I've restarted my macbook but I can't seem to solve it myself. Can you help?

I run Path Finder on a Macbook Pro (OS macOS Sierra 10.12.6).

Marco

    Hi Marco,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It's necessary to make sure that no preferences files are messed up.
May I ask you to follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists:

    1. Delete Path Finder and its traces according to the article:
      http://support.cocoatech.com/kb/installation-and-compatibility/how-...
    2. Download the latest version of the app from our site
    3. Copy zipped app to the Applications folder
    4. Unzip it into the Apps folder and launch

Let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Jordan
