Keyboard shortcuts do not save - disappear on restart

I've read the Knowledge Base articles, but I'm not having any luck getting Path Finder 7.6.2 (1729) to save keyboard shortcuts on my late 2015 Retina 5K iMac (running macOS High Sierra, v10.13.2). It simply won't remember any new shortcut from one session to the next. VERY frustrating. I've made sure the shortcut either includes the Command key or is a Function key. The new shortcut works fine...until I restart Path Finder. Then it's gone. As an example, I've created one to delete the Recent Documents under the GO menu. No luck.

    Hi Brad,

Please follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists:

    1. Open your terminal and paste the following command to check if Path Finder has been slapped with the quarantined extended attribute:
      xattr /Applications/"Path"

    2. If you see returned as output from that last command, then go ahead and run this next command:
      xattr -d /Applications/"Path"

You won't get any feedback or output from that command, but that's okay because you can just run the first command again to see for yourself if the attribute shows up again. It shouldn't, and now Path Finder is freed from Apple quarantine jail. Restart your PathFinder now.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Path Finder Support Team
