I want a fixed view to a map. Always when I open a certain map I get the defaults from Pathfinder. In a certain map I always want to see rows, not the column presentation.

Is there a way to define the row view as default for that map?

    Hi
    I attached two screenshots.
They are about the same map I open with Pathfinder
One is the standerd default form Path Finder
The other is the desired default for this map.
Now, always when I Open this map I have toe change the view form column to line

    Hi Henk,

Thank you for sending screenshots. From what I understand, your Path Finder uses column view as default. Please launch
PathFinder and go to Preferences > Browser > Open new windows and tabs in List view.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Hi
This only works for the first new screen or tab. When Im in a new screen and select a map to open, its still again in column.

When I choose my preferred map (where I want to look in rows) as starting screen, it works fine, because then I see immediately the desired rows
So, I solved the issue with a work around, but still it confuses me
