I've run PF for at least 10 years...always loved it... but now my new PF8 just isnt the same... I think i'm doing something wrong

NONE of my old SIDE BAR bookmarks are showing up anymore... theyve disappeared...so i remake them and they work for a day and then gone again...seems to default to the stock set up

Why dont they stay and where'd they go??

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Please make sure to save Sidebar preferences in its preferences window (gear button next to the Sidebar title).
Creating new file browser uses default PathFinder preferences.
This behavior is often questioned by PathFinder users so our developers will review it when they get a chance.

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
