As indicated in the subject, every time I want to open the "Get Info" window from the context menu on any file or folder, the window opens up but is completely blank!

I'm using version 8.0.4 (1875) on macOS 10.13.6

    Hi Frank,

I am guessing here without knowing your setup, but it could be because the 'Get Info' window hasn't been set up.

Leave your empty 'Get Info' box open on one side.
With Pathfinder active, go to 'Window' menu at the top.
    Click on 'Modules'.
Then you will see 'Modules' window with icons.
Find, and drag into your empty 'Get Info' box, the yellow "Info" icon.

If the "Info" icon doesn't drop & stick into the empty 'Get Info' and start showing info, then Cocoatech support needs to step in.

    Hope this helps.

    Miss Musk

Same issue here. Drag of Info module into empty Get Info box does not stick.

Same issue. Blank "Get Info" panel. Modules won't drop and stick on the panel. This is just such a pain.

    Pathfinder version 8.2.4 (1892)
    macOS version 10.13.6 (MBP 11,5)

    Hi,

Looks like this is the case of bad preferences files.
May I ask you to follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists:

    1. Delete Path Finder and its traces according to the article:
      http://support.cocoatech.com/kb/installation-and-compatibility/how-...
    2. Download the latest version of the app from our site
    3. Launch Path Finder and move it to the Apps folder as the app suggests

Let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Jordan
