I have searched the discussion history to explain why I get Certificate Errors when trying to access your support site on Firefox.

It says your server is not configured properly. Part of the problem may be that your site does match the certificate which is reported to be for Tender, your website software supplier.

The last discussion on this issue was April 5-6, 2018. You very conveniently closed the discussion before anyone else could report similar problems.

You said you would forward to the team at Tender. It is now THREE MONTHS LATER, and apparently, nothing has been done.

I created a Certificate Exception, but that defeats the whole purpose of certificates and security.

When will you or your developers fix this??
