wondering if PF8 can have the preview modules setup under the split file listings the same way it did in PF7?
haven't been able to figure out how to do that...

    Hi,

First of all, were you able to add the Preview modules from Window > Modules?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    yes —
i have the preview module added, and have played with the options —
    - i can set them up beside each pane, and assign each to either left, right, or both..

    - hoping to set 2 up UNDER each pane in the dual view — one assigned to left, one assigned to right …

    cheers

    Hi,

Is this the view you are referring to: https://i.imgur.com/UfZCmgc.png
Simply drag a module there and assign it to the pane above.

Please feel free to write us back and we will be happy to assist you.

    Hi,

Looks like you've meant to attach a screenshot, is that correct?
Unfortunately, it's missing on my side. Any chance to attach it again?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi,

As I mentioned earlier, you should be able to achieve this by:
    1. Adding Preview modules from Window > Modules
    2. Assigning them in Preview preferences (gear buttons next to Preview headers) to panes above (left or right)

Let me know if this helps.

    thanks-
so it appears in a dual-pane view, the preview only shows as 2 horizontal (see below) or 2 vertical preview panes — it doesn’t put them side-by as in PF7 .. just confirming that’s the only option in the new PF...

    Hi,

You can surely put them side-by-side. May I ask you to try dragging them again into PF window slowly?

    Looking forward to your reply.
