Hi,
Sometimes, when I boot my mac and PF8 is running and opening, I discovered it with all my favorites, in side bar gone…
This is very annoying because I've to redo all my choices.

In PF7, I use to click on a file or folder to rename it, very handy and easy. Now in PF8, it is'nt possible I have to cmd+shift+R to make it with
menu to write it inside, and click ok. Why ? This to long and not really powerful in terms of worflow speed.

I'm under Sierra 10.12.6

Regards,
David Aknin

    Hi David,

In case your preferences sometimes disappear, may I ask you to follow the instruction and check if the issue still persists:

    1. Delete Path Finder and its traces according to the article:
      http://support.cocoatech.com/kb/installation-and-compatibility/how-...
    2. Download the latest version of the app from our site
    3. Copy zipped app to the Applications folder
    4. Unzip it into the Apps folder and launch

Let me know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
